Order tracking

To track your order, simply enter your order ID in the designated box and click the „Track” button. You can find the order ID on your bill, in your confirmation email, or the letter you received.

Moar Delivery Information:

Enjoy FREE standard delivery in Lithuania for orders meeting the minimum amount of €50. For orders below this threshold, the delivery fee ranges from €3.90 to €4.90, depending on the chosen delivery method.

International Delivery:

Enjoy FREE standard delivery to Latvia and Estonia for orders meeting a minimum of €50. For orders below this threshold, the delivery fee ranges from €4.90 to €10, depending on the chosen delivery method.

International orders are shipped via FedEx parcel service, and Moar.lt offers a flat-rate delivery fee of €10. Import duties, taxes, and applicable charges are included in the quoted shipping costs for your convenience.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in Lithuania.

Order Tracking:

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Most of our orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after placing the order. This email will contain essential shipping information, your tracking number, and a link for tracking your shipment. To track your order on Moar.lt, log in to access your My Account, where you’ll find detailed order information.
