RETURN POLICY ~

Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

Please observe the following conditions when returning goods:

• The returned product must be in its original packaging and in good condition;
• The goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
• The product must be unused and in good condition, with labels and protective films intact;
• Gifts received for the purchase must also be returned.

If the above conditions are met, please contact us by email [email protected] to express your desire to return the product. In the email, please provide the following details: quantity of goods to be returned; reason for the return; Invoice number (found on the VAT invoice received via email).

Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to finalize return details.

In the event of a return without fault of the Seller, the Buyer will not be compensated, and return costs will not be reimbursed.

You can return the goods in the most convenient way for you:

Once we receive the goods and verify that they are unused, the refund will be processed within 5 days to the payer’s account. If this is not possible, the refund will be made to the account specified on the return form.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the provisions of the Minister for Economic Affairs 2001, June 29, and the rules on the return and exchange of items, approved by Order 217 „On the Approval of the Rules on the Return and Exchange of Items.”
