Quality goods purchased online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods are delivered to the customer.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met

  • The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged by the customer.
  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition (including intact labels, protective seals/film, etc.).
  • The returned item must be complete as received — any free gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.

If the conditions listed above are met, please email us at info@moar.lt to let us know you would like to return an item. In your email, please include: the quantity of items you are returning, the reason for the return, and your bank account number (you can find it on the VAT invoice you received by email).

Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the return details.

If goods are returned through no fault of the Seller, return shipping costs are not reimbursed to the Buyer.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused, we will refund the payment within 5 working days to the payer’s bank account (or, if that is not possible, to the account provided in the return form). Returns of faulty goods are handled in accordance with the Lithuanian Minister of Economy Order of 29 June 2001 No. 217 approving the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.
