Būgos g. 66-1, Kaunas 44230, Lithuania, tel. +370 655 56037, email info@moar.lt, owner of the MOAR brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), has established these Terms and Conditions to ensure the best possible purchasing experience for buyers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing body care cosmetics and other goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”).
Pricing Policy
All product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT). No additional charges apply to the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
Products may be subject to discounts, promotions, or other special offers (the “Offers”). Unless stated otherwise in an Offer, only one Offer may be applied per purchase; combining multiple Offers is only possible where explicitly indicated. The Seller reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel Offers at any time.
Information about Offers may be provided by email, on social media accounts, in the online store, or through other communication channels.
Payments
Payment processing
Payments on the moar.lt online store are processed via the Paysera payment platform (the “Payment Service”). The Buyer may choose from the payment methods offered by the Payment Service (payment cards, online bank transfers, etc.), depending on the options available at the time of purchase.
Security and data handling
All payment processing is carried out via an encrypted connection. Payment card and other payment details are processed and stored by Paysera in accordance with applicable security standards (e.g., PCI DSS). The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s full payment card details. Payment processing and related data protection are governed by Paysera’s policies; further information is available in Paysera’s terms and privacy information.
Order confirmation
An order is considered confirmed and will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. If payment is not completed or is declined, the order will not be processed. The Buyer will receive an email with information about the payment status.
Failed or declined payments
If payment fails due to technical or banking reasons, the Buyer is invited to try again or choose another payment method. If you are unable to complete payment, please contact us at info@moar.lt, and we will help resolve the issue.
Delivery Terms
Dispatch
Unless stated otherwise, Goods are dispatched within 1 (one) working day from order confirmation or receipt of payment. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., low stock, public holidays, or other unforeseen events), the Seller will inform the Buyer by email about any delay. Once the order is dispatched, the Buyer will receive a confirmation message with tracking details and delivery information.
Delivery
The Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods: Venipak courier (1–2 working days), Omniva parcel locker (1–2 working days), or LP Express parcel locker (1–2 working days). Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
If the order total is below €50.00, delivery costs are covered by the Buyer. Orders over €50.00 qualify for free delivery, unless the Seller clearly states otherwise. After dispatch, the Buyer receives tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe. The Seller reserves the right to change delivery terms or offers and will inform the Buyer during checkout or by email.
Right to Withdraw and Returns Policy
In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason, and to return unused Goods, in original packaging, and in good condition.
To exercise the right to withdraw, the Buyer must contact us in writing by email at info@moar.lt, stating the order number and the name of the product being returned.
Refunds for returned Goods will be made within 14 days from the date the returned Goods are received, once their condition has been assessed and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
